Cornette spoke about this match in his tribute to Jay. Corny thought they would go light but the wrestlers wanted to put on a show. Briscoes doing the work and making the veterans look great. Now Jay is the legend and we'll never have another Briscoes match. Damn it, it's been weeks and it still hurts a little.

You have to appreciate the Briscoes operating at 1/4 impulse power to let the rrx have a match. They didn't just do the favor; they worked a style and a pace that allowed the rrx to look respectable.
