I watched this movie as a teenager when it debuted on TNT and only rediscovered it recently. Amazing, amazing story and I appreciate it so much more now then when I was younger. When we, in our daily lives, encounter "adversity" we should all take a moment and think of Bill Porter and, more importantly, we should all be greatly humbled.

An amazing movie! Never watched a movie that affected me so emotionally, happy, sad at the same time. Talk about perseverance and a will to succeed. If you haven’t seen it, watch ‘Door to Door’.
