Lawyers on the Line - Criminal Law

Bob Falsani a founding partner at the Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer law firm moderates this evening’s program on criminal law. The criminal courts rely on the work of judges, lawyers, and numerous other players in making sure defendants and victims are treated fairly while balancing the interests of society at large. Tonight’s panelists are Judge John DeSanto, retired Sixth District Court Judge and former chief prosecutor for the St. Louis County criminal division; Dan Lew, Chief Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial District and Victoria Wanta, from the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office.
