Coconut Laddoo Recipe:

——Ingredients——
- Grated Coconut - 200 gms - around 1.5 cups
- Condensed milk - 200 gm
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp broken cashew
- 11-12 halved cashew
- 1/4 tsp elaichi powder (Optional if you are using mithai mate)
- 1/4th cup desiccated coconut

—— Cooking ——
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee
- Toss in the broken cashews and fry till it gets a slight colour
- Lower the heat and add grated coconut
- Fry for 5-6 minutes till you find the moisture reduced
- Add condensed milk and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes till it forms a dough like consistency
- Add elaichi powder if required in this stage
- Let it cool slightly for 5 minutes
- Add ghee on your palms and roll into medium sized laddoos
- Place a cashew on top and roll in desiccated coconut
