Wag PURO ADOBO! subukan mo naman itong Pork Kinamatisan na Grabe ang Sarap! Bukod sa simple lang ito lutuin, kaunti lang din sang sahog na kailangan mo, pero swak pa rin sa sarap! Heto ang version ko ng kinamatisang baboy, or pork kinamatisan. Let's cook!
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Pork (liempo or kasim)
6 cloves garlic (bawang)
1 large onion (sibuyas)
1 teaspoon paminta (black pepper)
8 pcs. Medium kamatis (tomatoes)
2 tbsp. Soy sauce (toyo)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Asin pampalasa
1 to 2 cups water (adjust kung kailangan)
2 bungkos na pechay
5 pcs. Siling berde
