Anyone going 12, 000 ft into the ocean in that thing is nuts.

It was refreshing to hear from a real expert who insisted on sticking to the known facts.

How on earth can a sub like this exist and not include some kind of reliable tracking hardware?

*Watching this I see there are people out there that are WAY more trusting of technology than me.*

I know their chances of survival are probably nil, but I have been praying for their safe return. This is beyond awful.

I wouldn't wish this on anyone. How terrifying! Hope we bring them back alive and nothing but tears, prayers and love to their families.

At this point, that sub is now a tomb for the people who unwisely took this one way trip.

The fact that 2 guys made it to the bottom of the Mariana Trench in 1960 which is 37, 000 ft versus the 12, 500 ft that the Titanic rests is crazy.

This absolutely proves that private tourist party expeditions to the Titanic at 12, 400 feet is not only insane but pointless. These lives were lost for photo ops and bragging rights. In the end they all died for nothing. Very sad. Tomorrow we will hear what we all know. Life is no longer sustainable due to zero oxygen left. The fact it’s below freezing in the submersible, we can only hope they all fell asleep and never awoke.

Let’s just all agree to keep these kind of subs tethered to the ship next time…

Keep in mind they made sure diversity was their first priority in building the sub according to the CEO.

My bucket list of things to Never do:
1. Go in a hot air balloon.
2. Go in a metal can to the bottom of the sea.

I dont know what is more alarming...the fact that this whole thing happened or the fact that zero ships ever made by anyone in the world have the capabilities of finding them.

96 hours was all the air. Close to 4 days. How could they survive.
