Never ever have I heard something so beautiful!
I felt so much sadness, pain and grief and at the same time so much love and beauty.
Just tears rolling down my face....

It’s like an angel, bringing a heaven to us. This song and your voice are so perfect, that it’s impossible to describe the wonderful feeling you bring to me. Thank you ❤

Edmund Burke called astonishment “an irresistible force” wherein “the mind is so entirely filled with its object, that it cannot entertain another.”

This piece is astonishing, wonderful, sublime.

The beauty of this music is it expresses a yearning that any human with their eyes open has. We all want to believe that all humans are born equal, and we all occupy this planet on the same terms with similar life chances. But look at the news. There is no singular humanity. We have failed. We treat our fellow humans like dogs.

I've had the pleasure of hearing Grace's angelic voice from a few feet away, words cannot express it.
Msx is the number 1 modern composer out there right now.
The emotions on Elena's face speaks a thousand words and Birgit's naration brings tears to your eyes.
This is simply a work of art and a Masterpiece.

Last night, I was fortunate enough to see violinist Elene Urioste perform Max Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1. She was outstanding. I was privileged, as well, to see Grace Davidson last year with saxophonist Christian Forshaw. Two women with exceptional talents.

For me, there is nothing like strings when it's played like this. It took me to the highest heaven and beyond, fully opening my heart in appreciation. The violinist, Elena brilliant. When she began to play at 3:27 she immediately elevated me ere the voice came in and briefly disrupted that ecstasy, yet Elena continued with the song and took me to places I haven't been in a long time. Goose me deeply and beautifully performed. I can't find the words to describe how I felt when she began her solo at flowing, coupled with the video of the 2 bass fiddles behind the soprano with hand and head gestures in sync while playing their instruments, the whole movement capturing the "oneness" of it I'm grateful for this video (thank you, Count'), grateful to the orchestra, grateful to the composition composed by Max, and, ultimately, grateful for Elena's performance and how she played her instrument. I duly wish I could listen to her play this song again w/o voices, tape it and play while driving and at home. Love this video (replaying it to death) and Love you for this, Elena.

Btw, I wanted a tape of this song, bought it off iTunes but had to buy the whole album (didn't want to). However, the violinist performance is not the same, as Elena's. It's okay, but Elena's performance in this video is special while watching her perform with the glimpses of the 2 bass fiddles behind the soprano. Goodness Thank you again, Elena, and blessings....

There's something quite wonderful about seeing so many people so focussed on producing such a wonderful noise. The antidote to all of the world's ugliness right now.
