Sood is when you lend 100 rupees n you ask 120 rupees in return. Profit is when your money is invested in business n you get incentives. Same as like you openup a shop n an item you buy wholesale for 100 rupees and sell it for 120 at your shop to make a profit of 20 rupees. That 20 rupees is not sood butis profit.

Interest rate is also not final. Govt has decided to Lower the interest rate all of a sudden due to Corona Virus. All banks in Pakistan were giving 8% Interest rate at the start of this year but now suddenly, it's 5%. So it's a loss of 3%. But to be on safe side, Islamic Banking is an even better option. I hope Ulemas in Pakistan can collaborate together to reach a consensus on the Issue.

Mirza bai all schedule bank under stat bank firstly pay paid of capital to starting their banking .when bank start their loaning to customers they pay faxed rate of intrest to state bank thats is called KIBR all bank pay KIBER on their loaning and other things the IRR Means internal rate of interest. All banking under state bank is not interest free meezan bank just cheet people. Thats to guide about purchasing shares
