I’d say it’s Teagan, probably because Teagan was fighting with Vee cause they where fighting cause of the murder of pebble, blood is a watery thing and if the blood of toons is ichor then Teagan could have put it in her teacup.

The culprit is Tengan if you look close at the handle of her cup u can see ichor and vee wouldn't of attacked her if she would not of killed pebble so it is teagan

Nope. it’s Teagan. If you look closely you will see blood or ichor on her handle. Not really showing ANY emotion. Pauses a bunch. Vee said “Should’ve snitched” which could mean Teagan snitched on her even tho it was Teagan. Use common sense guys

Its Teagan see the Blood Ichor on the handle of Teagan so its Really Teagan or Cosmo removing

Teagan cause if you look at her little handle there is bit of black stuff on that just like on pebble
Honestly I understand why Vee is so mad now XD
And the reason why I think Teagan would do that is that pebble could have somehow just came into her room and probably just messed up the sparkly floor or climbed on the shelf and the library books fell down but thats just my opinion.

My results
Vee: was the main suspect of the last crime but she didn’t do it she’s innocent bc she said could have snitched
It might be because she could’ve snitched Teagan to get more information And save pebs and flutter said that she was with Vee
Flutter: she’s definitely innocent she couldn’t do this she doesn’t have arms
( unless she learns a way how to use her antennas to hold stuff)
Looey: unsure he barely gave us any information he was only panicking
Teagan: I think it’s Teagan and there is proof
