Bonissimo! Loved this one, made with malfadine, lovely balance between the 2 cheeses, wine, balsamico and veg. And great manticatura practice for those of us still learning to build a sauce. Grazie Nadia, and I may I make one modest suggestion? The only thing missing from this recipe is a scrunch of pepper (you have corrupted me!)

Tried it. Looks very good but not my taste definitely. Even though I added very little of vinegar, the taste of it was too strong. The combination of wine and vinegar is too sour in my opinion.
