I lit off a firework at a Green Day concert a long time ago and everyone thought it was a gunshot. Security didn't do anything, but Billie was pissed and yelled to the crowd to stop f*cking around! lol

Man. We used to be able to do fun things without worrying about this shit. Sucks that it always needs to be in the back of your mind when youre at an event like this. Always be aware of your surroundings.

I was there 11 row. My dad called me before they got rushed off and told me to look up. The drone was huge. I had no idea that’s why they got rushed off though. It was so confusing

I was at the Guardrail for this show. They literally ran off the stage out of nowhere. I asked Security what happened, and the guy said they they weren't going to say. So I just waited patiently. I then heard people chanting "F**k that drone". After a few minutes(that felt like forever), they came out said "nobody is going to stop us, " then started playing again. This was my 1st time seeing Green Day, and it's a show I'll never forget.

Sadly, we live in a world where it is safer to overreact, than to delay for a potential tragedy. If the threat had been real, the potential for a deadly exit stampede always exists when announcing it to the crowd. Look for a multitude of copycat threats from the people who spend a little too much time playing with themselves in their mothers basement.
