2023 Changan Lantuozhe New Pickup in-depth Walkaround

In terms of appearance, the overall shape is fashionable and tough, the design of the front face is inspired by Omega, the hexagonal grille is decorated with a three-dimensional thick frame, and the middle grille is designed in a horizontal lattice type, and is matched with the V-shaped logo of Changan Auto. There is also a bar-type light group above the grille. In addition, the new car will also launch an off-road version, which has the word “PRO” on the grille and the rear cargo door, and is equipped with off-road tires, black roof racks, etc., and also supports optional winches.

On the side of the body, the new pickup adopts the standard double-row body structure of the pickup model. The front and rear fenders are matched with thick black wheel eyebrows slightly protruding from the body, forming a wide-body visual experience. In terms of body size, the new car will provide two body structures, the long-axis version, and the standard-axis version. The length, width, and height of the long-axis version are respectively 5600/1930 (1945)/1875mm, and the size of the rear cargo box is 1850/1595/500mm, with a ground clearance of 230mm; the standard axle version body length, width, and height are 5350/1930 (1945)/1875mm, cargo box size is 1600/1595/500mm, approach angle 28 degrees, departure angle 26 degrees, ground clearance 225mm.

In terms of power, the new pickup is equipped with a new generation of Blue Whale 2.0T turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engines with a maximum power of 233 horsepower (171 kilowatts) and a maximum torque of 390 Nm. The transmission system is matched with ZF’s 8-speed automatic transmission. There is also an optional four-wheel drive system that supports 5 driving modes. In addition, the new car also adopts the suspension structure of the front double wishbone type and the rear five-link type, which enhances the driving experience of the pickup model.
