This update is unbelievably trash. How did they remove all chests and give us LESS lucky drops than we had before the update? I have no idea what they were thinking, I'm playing less than ever.

My favorite part was them saying they were removing chest timers and then they just straight up removed chests

They also removed the big chest at the end of the battle pass, which was one of the only good ways for F2P players to unlock new champions.

Theres literally no reason to play after 3 games give us actually rewards without paying

Impossible to get gold now without the chests. Especially when you need 100k for lvl 14

They tried to copy brawl star's success again and it failed horribly, removing boxes from brawl stars worked because they gave players more rewards and more ways to progress, this doesnt work for clash royale because there is only 1 way to progress, and by nerfing the amount of progression you get from battles, you can see why we are mad

Ive been playing Clash f2p for about 7 years now. I've lived through champions. I've lived through diamond pass. I've lived through evos. I've lived through on release goblin machine. I've lived through season shop nerf. I've lived through level 15. And yet never have I wanted to quit this game. Until this update.

I went on their reddit and the first thing they said when i wanted to post smtn was "if you mention lucky drops your post will be removed"

I quit a few months ago. So this was their BIG PLAN when they said they were removing chest keys. Its such a shame because the game is actually good, its just being ruined by greed

The thing is, you don't even need to "participate in the boycott". The fact is that the pass was nerfed by a lot without reducing its cost. Its a rational obvious decision to not buy it.
