Показать описание
#aerialtutorialffaa #gazelledrop #aerialsilk
There is nothing like the feeling when you learn your first drop. It can be so nerve wracking, but you know what they say about nervous feelings...its just excited ness!
So take a deep breath, and you can do anything you put your mind to. I used to think, if they can do it, I can do it.
Make sure your knot is at least mid line height. The stretch of your fabric needs to be considered. Mats mats mats!
Begin with the knot.
~Straddle back and hook one leg over both poles.
~Grab above the knee to climb up the fabric.
~As you climb thrust hips forward to slide fabric up to the hip.
~Hip Key over toward the pole. There is a lift to make this happen.
~When you are ready you can let the hands go and drop into Gazelle.
Release
~Straddle back down
Tips
~You should walk all drop down if you can at first. So walk yours hands down the pole and land in Gazelle.
~Drill this until you can go faster and faster until you feel comfortable letting go and landing in Gazelle.
Happy Dropping!
