if anyone has trouble starting mysql and getting Xampp sql port problem, simply follow the steps given below:
> Go to task manager.
>Under Processes search for 'mysqlid'.
>End task.

Now try to start mysql in xampp control panel again. This time you won't get any error.

When you did sc delete mysql and changed port then also error is showing then quit xampp from tray which is at arrow button in right bottom of window and then reopen xampp. It will work definitely 👍🏻
