I am an intj. My closest friend was a enfp a few years back. He was very open with his emotions, free and extremely social (in my opinion). He helped me be more “outgoing” and I helped keep him out of trouble. We were opposites in every way but we encouraged eachother to be the best versions of ourselves. Unfortunately he had some addiction problems (nothing illegal) and made morally questionable decisions (decisions that could end up hurting someone). I began questioning if the friendship was worth keeping. One day I decided to test if he could be trusted. He basically promised me he wasn't going to do something but I already knew when and where he was going to do it. So I showed up caught him in the act. Since he failed the test I just cut all contact with him. I didn't care so much about the act itself. The fact that he could not be trusted meant there was no way we could still be friends. I know that he does not represent all enfps. He was just an unhealthy version of one. Im sure he's a lot better now. (Ignore any typos, it's 2am for me)

I was married to another INTJ. It was misery. He was already a not-nice guy, but being his same type made him less nice.

It’s weird that this video is so focused on sex. The best thing about the dynamic between the two types is the expanding/contracting (Ne-Ni) nature of discussions.

My ENFP scattermind is always pinballing around, which doesn’t seem to exhaust my INTJ husband (like it does with most people) and he just rides the wave of ideas with me while offering groundbreaking perspectives. It feels like magic.

I do notice since having a girlfriend for about a few months that the moments when I feel most engaged are when she says things like "I feel comfortable around you." I think I resonate very much so with the idea you discuss in the video on needing that verbal affirmation. I really think the thing that keeps me from doing things is that paranoia in fear of rejection and since finding this channel I have tried to be honest with my friends about that shortcoming.

As an INTJ male, never really had much success dating ENFPs (females). Best relationships I've had have been with INFJs and those relationships seem to be orders of magnitude more fulfilling than with the other types. Interesting video though 👍

INTJ-ENFP have insane sexual compatibility but theyre the worst at workplace setting lol. The INTJ (triple pragmatic) thinks that the ENFP is dumb and the ENFP (triple affiliative) thinks that the INTJ is mean. Just yesterday my INTJ colleague said something about the existence of bad policemen

ENFP: (being the daughter of a policeman) "But there are also good policemen out there. It's unfair to them for you to say that"

INTJ: "I said THERE ARE bad policemen. I didnt say ALL policemen are bad"

As an enfp, I don't offer sympathy, but feel drained and pick up on how people feel. Aka empathy. Also relate to hsp (highly sensitive person). Either you've got things wrong about enfps or I'm no enfp. Lol

Wow. Thank you Mr. CS Joseph. You described in painfully explicit detail, the relationship developing between myself (ENFP man) and a girl I met at my University (INTJ woman). I could not type this girl to save my life. Now I'm aware of the potential pitfalls of this relationship AND I can communicate more effectively, in platonic encounters.
