Welcome to my another video. In this video, I will be covering Chapter 10 of Criminal Procedure Code which speaks about maintenance of public order and tranquility. In this video Part A which is Unlawful Assemblies and their Prevention are broadly covered. The following parts are covered in the video-
1. Order by Executive Magistrate to the police to disperse the unlawful assembly.
2. When can unlawful assemblies be dispersed by the armed forces
3. how much force can the armed forces use to disperse the unlawful assembly.
4. Protection to the armed forces and police officers while exercising their powers under previous sections of unlawful assemblies.
