Earthly Grains Instant Brown Rice

In a medium saucepan, bring 1 ¾ cups water to boil.
Stir in 2 cups rice. Return to boil.
Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff lightly with fork and serve.
