Not all of these were 5 star reads, some were 4.5 or even 4, but these all have a special place in my heart and I thoroughly recommend you all to read them (if you haven't already ;))

I listened to I’m Thinking of Ending Things after watching your video today and OMG was it the best and most genius psychological thriller i’ve ever read. I get it...not many people would get the genius behind the book. It was so wonderful to listen to. I was genuinely creeped out!

Perfect choice for no. 1. I'm Thinking of Ending Things is amazing! It was one of the best books I read in 2018. I stopped biting nails years ago, but I was doing it again while reading this book, even though I couldn't even explain why at that time. The atmosphere is so gripping, I loved every second of it.

Fredrick Backman seems exactly like the kind of author who could become a new favorite for me...and here I am still having not read a single one of his novels! One day! One day I’ll pick up a book by him 😂

I started the Stormlight Archive series, specifically The Way of Kings, by Brandon Sanderson, and I just loved it so much, it fulfilled every wild, epic fantasy dream of mine - definitely my favourite read of 2019. Only a recommendation if you like massive worlds and epic fantasy stuff(: I must admit though, the characters, and the humour, is on point.
(There is literally one character called Wit, and he's just the most brilliant man ever).

I bought I'm Thinking of Ending Things after watching your review a while back, and still have yet to read it. 😅 I'm such a slow mood reader, but I'll make it a goal to read it next year.

The whole video I thought number 1 is going to be Evelyn Hardcastle but I guess that was last year, lol :- D I got it from NetGalley and keep telling myself that I have to finally read it so it's at the front of my mind haha :- ) I would be curious about your thoughts on The Institute by Stephen King - it was the first Stephen King book I finished and I loved it.
