Thank You. Ive been listening to your videos esp. the one about HELOC to paydown a mortgage. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed so I talked my son into watching the HELOC so we could go at it with two heads. He is a CPA and works for a local City government. Of course, "mom is out of her mind and wants me to waste my time watching something that will probably bore me to death". Well YOU certainly got his attention!!!! Thank you so much for sharing. Now all of a sudden I see other You Tubers putting out videos as well. My Line of credit is 150 i just started it off but I got it to 146 points I take it out let the bill cycle next month be completely paid off get +9 Everytime then take it out and repeat the process. Money isn't the problem I just used to have bad credit and trying to get a car lot
