As a brand new Roccbox user ( 5 pizzas) I can say they sell themselves. Well engineered and built. Amazing tool. One piece of the cooking puzzle home cooks aren't use to is the serious high heat. Once you go hot you will understand.

Better if you dress them in the sauce then pop them back in the oven to dry them back out and crisp them up again. Then serve the sauce and the blue cheese on the side. You get the flavor and the crisp. If you want more you can dip.

1.)No oil, wings are white meat, so those thing are probably more dry than they should be. He should have at least greased the pan.
2.) No garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce or herbs in your dip.
3.) Didnt re-broil after saucing
4.) The sauce, he should have added literally anything else to it to add a third layer. Butter and franks is great but has no depth

I get your going for basic, but step your game up.
