Ebonie Smith is an award-winning music producer and audio engineer at Atlantic Records. Her long list of credits includes Cardi B’s Grammy-winning “Invasion to Privacy," Janelle Monae’s “Dirty Computer,” and Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton (Original Broadway Cast Recording).

Having worked with the likes of Ms. Lauryn Hill, The Roots, D.R.A.M., Kat Deluna, and Santigold, Smith shares some of her seasoned advice to producers on ways to foster trust with others in the studio.
