Not even the richest people but if the companies played more fairly the World would be better off, such as Nike who outsource their wealth to Belize where tax is like 1%, while shoes are made in low paying factories.

Out of every 100 is a very disingenuous way of putting it. Give away 70% of 100 bucks and you have enough for a nice-ish lunch. Give away 70% of 100 million dollars and you've still got enough to live comfortably for as long as you like- and then some. Those are two very different outcomes.

He's right, of course. Taxes on the ultra-wealthy shouldn't be tied to the whims of the ultra-wealthy or what they reckon they ought to pay.

The rich don't pay taxes because they do not have an income. They borrow money off already attained assets which is TAX FREE. Don't believe me, go to your bank right now and ask for any dollar amount in a loan. You will get the full amount of money put in your bank account TAX FREE! When you go to do your taxes your accountant will label that money a loan and since its a loan the government can't tax it, instead the bank taxes it through interest. Which is way lower than paying taxes, so in essence the rich don't pay taxes, they pay interest on loans!

Or you know don't go to the extreme and say 60-70% and just have them pay what everyone else pays like 20-35% and not 2%
