I loved everything I got!! I did the rush delivery and got it the next week 😮. I am really struggling with this new chemo. My body is not doing well with it and my blood levels are all over the place. Currently my blood volume is very low so I feel so weak. It was so great to receive the box as a bright spot for the day. Watching your videos always cheers me up too❤

I was ready to jump on the laundry sheet bandwagon until I read the NYT Wirecutter review of them. They say they do not work well in cold water, have a lot of chemicals and are not sustainably made and do not clean well. But Kathrin, I do love your videos, don’t mean to be negative. I like making sheet pan eggs (Downshiftology has great recipes). 2 half sheets is so much easier to clean than 1 full sheet! ❤

I own an iRestore helmet lol but I have not caved into the whole Vegamour or Nutrafol thing. I do think it helps if you are consistent. And to be consistent I think I need to get a battery pack 😅
