How To Clear Epic Games Launcher Cache On Windows 10 PC | Delete Epic Games Cache Files

In this Windows 10 tutorial, I will be showing you how to clear the cache for the Epic Games Launcher. If you have been having some issues on your Windows 10 PC or laptop with the Epic Games Launcher such as; Interface messed up, not loading, blank, then hopefully by clearing the Epic games cache and deleting the cache files you will hopefully resolve any issues you have been facing.

If you cant delete the file because it is running, then open task manager and end all epic games tasks.

Issue I'm having is I reset my gaming.laptop because I t was acting slow but now NBA 2k21 says the old roster files I made aren't there or file is corrupted obviously because the files don't exist I'm going to try this to see if it works thank you.

When I clear the cache it keeps reloading itself back into the saved folder

I have two webcache folder for some reason, one is named "webcache" and the other "webcache_4147". Should I delete both ?

im having a different problem, I signed into the wrong playstation account for it, and so when i press sign in to playstation account again (only way i can access the epic games account btw) it just loads the same playstation account and asks me to link or make an epic games account to put the playstation account into, but because its the wrong playstation account it has nothing of mine saved, I need to know how to make it let me put in a different email/password for the playstation account.
