There are not enough flight info boards’ and very few of them are viewable form the seating areas, meaning you risk loosing your seat to check your flight, gates are called late to keep you in the retail areas which tend to be busy and a little chaotic, the gates are more pleasant and relaxed with good views over the airport for plane spotting particularly on the international hub, but gates are called late so you don’t get to use them.
