Thanks for the video ! I am working on a M&A project for uni and I am intersted in making AFC the target. I is pretty hard to make a valuation for such a company considering that they have no revenue, negative free cash flow etc.. I guess the best is to go with market cap and insist on the potential of the company? What do you guys think?
