This make perfect sense, the closer we can get to the eating patterns of our pre agricultural ancestors the better, our species did not evolve in a world with a constant supply of easily attainable food

In the slide at 1:06 concerning the insulin measurement, are they using C-peptide as an insulin proxy?

I usually do 36 hour fasts or more but the more I read or watch videos like this the more the case for IF and OMAD (if you can eat enough) seems to build.

Great video.

In this study mentioned in the video, is there any information regarding the calorie intake for both the IF and ND groups? Were the tested objects all in calorie deficit, surplus or break-even quantity. I am thinking about whether the amount of calorie intake would have some meaning in it.

Can i share a link to Michael Eades? I watched a vid by him a few days ago where, among others, he hypothesised about how the normal cell becomes insulin resistant on and off day to day if i'm not mistaken.

Great content. As a regular faster, this was very interesting.

Would you do a presentation/video on fasting and marijuana? I am curious if fasting can renew/refresh Cannabinoid receptors more quickly than just taking a normal THC break?
