I saw Cenk's speech on this, and I was looking for the full debate for a while.

Money and politics has ALWAYS been bedmates since the beginning of time . It just so happens we have let money take over politics especially in America and Britain .

1/3 of his time used to attempt to belittle and attack the other debaters. Speaks to the strength of his argument, which quickly became about complaining about foreigner's involvement.

Everyone is for sale... is not in question, the true question is 'who is buying?' and 'who are those for sale selling to and in exchange for what?'. The politicians consider votes to be extremely worthless and so are absolutely unwilling to sell public power to the service of the voter who presents only a vote as being enough to pull value from the services funded by the voters tax money. The politicians who view Money as way more valuable than votes on the one hand presents to the voters that they can purchase a better government with only their vote, however behind closed doors where the transaction is really made, deals are cut for money which is where the heart of the politician truly lies. This is political prostitution perpetrated by politicians, who as a result inevitably contract political std's which in the long run leads to the whole system suffering and breaking down.
