What is Spore Formation? It is another type of asexual reproduction which occurs in fungi and bacteria. A moist slice of bread will develop bread mould on its surface scientifically called as the Rizopus. Rizopus has tread like structure Hyphae and node like structure called Sporangium. Sporangium contains spores which are responsible for reproduction. Under favorable conditions spores germinate to form new fungus.
