there are 9 levels of ANSI cut resistance measuring from A1 to A9. the higher the number the higher the cut resistance and the higher the cost. the grip comes down to the coating. the cheap glove appears to be a Polyurethane which is a more cost effective coating which does provide good oily grip as it absorbs the oil where the expensive glove appears to be a a micro foam nitrile which does provide adequate oily grip but is much more durable and more expensive.
