Hey Nelson so I have recently been intrigued by MA’s and their mental capacity to store information. I have been watching your videos and you have inspired me to practice these techniques and actually activate my “dormant memory abilities”. The problem is that I do not know where to start and what to read everything looks the same. Can you perhaps guide me through this process and show me how to become a memory athlete?
