I'll be honest, I love technology - it's like magic in real life. But, I do think that the more advanced our world gets, the more complicated everything is, and our brains get overloaded. I really think this is the reason we have such a large increase in mental health issues over the past few decades.

Born in 86, grew up in the 90s where we really grew up with the best of both worlds:technology and real socializing. Experiencing both fully, it would be hard to give up cell phones and internet, but I’d choose a world with out phones and internet.

Honestly as much as i love using my phone because it has everything i could ever dream of which is the dream for lazy people like me, it did mess up my health, i sleep very late and wake up late and i use my phone all day and if i read the charts my longest hour is 19 hours its concerning because all i did in one whole day is lay down and play my phone. In terms of communication i love technology, it gives me more time to think about the words im trying to say and such, but it also took away the thing that makes life funny, some simple misunderstandings, i like observing people by their words and if they stumble a lot and stuff, and i think just messaging takes away how people view your personality, i might be wrong since im writing this while im sleepy but yeah...

Don't get me wrong I love technology! However, like the title of Cardi B album "It's an Invasion of Privacy". It's honestly scary to know that there's someone who's out there tracking your every movement... I'm not only talking about the government. I'm speaking about CEO, or the people in the background of these companies like Instagram. Who can see your every move or location even when you select not to share it with the public. It's bad enough you have to worry about crazy people, but just imagine a crazy ex or ex associate. However, sometimes it works in our safety, but it's honestly crazy. I personally feel like it's too much. It makes me want to buy a house and move somewhere far far from all the madness and pop up from time to time lol.

I think technology is good, we need it. If there was any other life form on and came to Earth and chose violence we would have nothing to defend against if they have technology and we don't. Technology helps us study life on Earth, it helps us discover new things, look at humanity's greatest inventions that will help mankind achieving great things to make humanity stronger we have stuff like planes, cars, guns/weapons to protect us. I'm not saying technology is the best thing ever but I'm just saying that life would be less relaxing without it.

I think technology has made our lives better. However, I am sometimes scared of accidents caused by technological advances. I personally feel that sitting down is bad for the body, such as muscles, but I think it's better than the time and stamina I waste while walking around, not dealing with it with technology.
