This Happen if by mistake you tried to burn the board by choosing "Micro" board from Arduino instead of Pro-Micro.

You can do the same thing using an Arduino Uno with "Arduino as ISP" uploaded.
Maybe this helps some ppl who're not owning an dedicated ISP.

Is possible raed and programming this board by atmel FLIP software ? What I need do for it ?

I found a much faster solution.

Connected a USB to ISP programmer (all six pins)
Opened Arduino IDE
Selected the correct board (Sparkfun pro micro) and also important the correct processor (choosing the incorrect processor before caused the bricking)
Selected the USBAsp as programmer
Then I used the Arduino IDE to burn the boarloader
After that the USB port was working again and I was able to upload sketches in the normal way.

when i plug mine in the green light comes on and then the red light 1 second afterwards (i think its because i flashed a script that was too big onto it) how can i fix it?? pls help
