Wow Capt, I just priced those tires and your rubber costs more than the average Joe's entire bike! I second Welsh Whoopee's comment about the Mudhuggers. I'm running an original size Mudhugger rear for my 26" 2.5 Maxxis Hookworms and it is awesome! I know zipties sound flimsy but once you get them on the fender doesn't budge and it's damn near indestructible! Andy Kirby runs them on his bikes also.

Yeah those fenders are going to be hard to find I can't find any for my bike either.

You can get someone to design and 3d print you the fenders

I love my SKS fenders but I can't find any front fenders for fat bikes from them just the middle and rear.

I think you could 3D print one out of TPU, I've been trying it out but you need a direct drive extruder mod for the ender 3 and print real slow (max 30mm/s) with the Priline TPU from amazon and it works out pretty good, Not sure how well it will stand up in the sun though I guess you could have some sort of aluminum flat bar insert to make it a bit more rigid and for mounting it better.

I hear that bac 800 helps put out a lot of power from what I understand which isn't much

Do you need brake or shift sensor cutoffs when using bac800?

Could you print fenders in sections using PETG or nylon?
