When she spoke first, she was talking about one company. So easily, that company will an have equal number of female and male engineers, who all have around the same education and experience, since the company will have a minimum requirement to hirr a candidate. So all is good now.

Now listen to Peterson when he begins. He says, "If you hire 50% women engineers and 50% male engineers, so you hire 7 dudes and 7 chicks. Right. Fine. Now, they may be 10 male engineers still looking for work. And only 2 female engineers looking for work. Now he says, the next hire still sticks to a 50% / 50% hire. So the 2 remaining females are hired and the 2 males are hired. ALL HAVE THE SAME QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, OR THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN THE POOL OF AVAILABLE ENGINEERS FOR WORK. THE FEMALE ENGINEERS DON'T HAVE LAW DEGREES AND ARE PRETENDING TO HAVE ENGINEERING DEGREES. THEY ALSO AREN'T INFERIOR TO THE MEN IN TERMS OF EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THERE ARE NO MORE CHICKS LEFT IN THE POOL OF AVAILABLE ENGINEERS, AFTER THE 4 ARE HIRER BY THE COMPANY.

SO THERE IS ZERO DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF FEMALE ENGINEERS VERSUS MALE CURRENTLY WORKING IN THAT CITY OR WHATEVER.

SO WHATEVER PETERSON WAS TRYING TO SAY WITH THOSE "LESS QUALIFIED FEMALE POOL" HALF ATTACHED TO SOMETHING ELSE WITH THE WORD MARKET OF AVAILABLE ENGINEERS CONFUSED THE LADY ENOUGH SO SHE INTERNALLY ACCEPTED THAT her original thinking was incorrect but she didn't really understand what he had said but obviously she would figure it out later.... Lol.

BUT PETERSON SUDDENLY HAS SLIPPED AND SHE'S ACCEPTED

Real intellectuals know what Peterson does but they're not assholes and they're not like me So eventually they just avoid him, because his followers will always attack them in ways that has nothing to do what they're trying to show. They should focus more on bringing more women into the engineering universities not in the companies. This should be done by making school girls aware of tech, engineering and make young girls interested in it. It's just impossible to get more women in the tech companies unless more women graduate as engineers
