Deconstructed Meatball Sub

I love a good meatball sub but it’s not always the easiest to bite into. So today we are deconstructing a meatball sub on the stove top with just a few ingredients and in under 20 minutes! This has become one of my go to weekday meals!

Ingredients
14oz bag of Frozen Meatballs
32oz jar of Pasta sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasonings
1 tsp crushed red pepper
7oz cheese shreds
5 cups cubed French bread
Vegan Parmesan
Freshly cut basil

Directions
Place a little oil in a pan and heat to medium high
Add in your frozen meatballs
Cook until starting to brown
Gently cut each meatball in half
Sauté for 1-2 more minutes
Add on you pasta sauce and mix well
Add in your Italian seasonings and crushed red pepper
Mix well
Once sauce is starting to bubble add in your cheese shreds
Stir and mix until cheese has melted
Add in your bread cubes
Toss and mix until all the bread is coated in pasta sauce
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat
Garnish with Parmesan and fresh basil
Serve and enjoy!
