For those asking about why some of this can't be done via software updates. The AI needs to be built natively into the chip at a hardware level. It's the same reason the older Nvidia GPUs can't do some of the new ai based encoding and upscaling that newer GPUs can do. Now, a lot of this can be done via the cloud, such as some of the ai based things you can do in Google photos. But it's a cloud based (internet connection required) technology. So things like the auto tracking while recording a video won't be able to trickle down into the older phones. Some things will be available via software though I'm sure.

Most of these sound like they could just be a software update tbh. the s23 probably has a good enough chip to do a lot of this.

EDIT: Turns out samsung agrees. They just pushed Oneui 6.1 with all of the ai features to s23 phones (as well as the flip phones.)
