Regarding the ANIMA setting, you don't need to toggle all the way to the bottom...as long as you are below STRADA, all you need to do is to pull back the lever and hold...you will return to STRADA mode.

I think you can hold the anima selector to reset to strata mode so you don’t have to scroll all the way around.
