As a kid myself (middle school) I recommend a Hover 1 escape e-scooter. I have one myself and it can go 16 mph. Its cheap aswell, only about 200$-300$. It’s pretty lightweight tho, it’s only like 30 something pounds. But there’s not really suspension so you will get a bumpy ride on bumpy roads.
Also don’t lean back on the scooter too much aswell, doing so will cause a crack in the front.
