This is true. Sharks DO play a VERY important role in the ecosystem. Believe it or not, sharks are a vital part of coral growth. Their constant presence in the ocean and it's reefs keep a very needed balance for marine life to thrive. I know this because I'm an Open Water diver and seeing them up close is totally AMAZING! 😁

It’s scary to think that when Sharks with hooks and trapped wire net aren’t able to meet humans capable of removing them, that’s their life now. Horrible.

Awesome! Nice to see this kindness. Over 100 million sharks are killed a year for their fins. If sharks go extinct, the oceans will become a cesspool!

It is quite probable that the lingering feeling of the hook even after it was removed made the shark return twice. In a simiral way that an eyelash gets into your eye and even when it is removed you keep asking someone to look because you "still feel something inside".
