Deploy frontend code to IPFS

Did you know that most of the self-proclaimed DApps(Decentralized Applications) on the internet are actually not 100% decentralized? While the smart contracts are decentralized as they’re on the blockchain, the frontend code(the UI code) that interacts with the smart contracts are often not decentralized because they’re deployed to centralized servers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc. Hi, I am KP and today on Eattheblocks, we’re going to learn how we can deploy our frontend code to a decentralized file storage service such as IPFS(short for InterPlanetary File System)

could you use the gateway url to connect to a custom domain? that way you could update the ipfs files and reset the gateway to the domain on x, y, or z hosting sites or even unstoppable domains if i am correct?>

thanks for this. curious if the app will this be as fast and responsive to the user as hosting via something like heroku or vercel? or will be less responsive on IPFS?

Thanks for the info. Maybe I missed it but how do you point to an updated application? Users will not want to have a different URL.

Isnt this still centalized though since the site is a single entity or domain that grants access to the files
