Dear Lord.. not to bring up politics but at least with Obama I felt a sense of true leadership and focus on “the people”. It had its real faults but at least the talk was more about the people. I don't want to be attacked for saying something because the majority of this video was about their differences and how it brought them together and makes them different. So I won't do that or even give a political opinion. What I will say is music is the great equalizer. Music makes us one. The spirit, the energy, harmonies, melodies, the aching. You can't argue that. Plus the one thing that Bruce had that I loved was the Sax player, Clarence. Gotta love a good Sax. One other thing I will say, music transcends race, economical status, life. One of my biggest thrills was seeing Bruce and his first wife driving in a Corvette on the 101 near Thousand Oaks. That was a million years ago but it burned a picture in my brain. lol!
