Thanks for the info . QUESTION: at what point do you turn the lights out? Is it basically when ready to put outside? Or do you transplant into a large container leave the light on and let them grow more before setting outside?

Great information. I have a set of led lights, similar to the one at the beginning of your video. Could anyone tell me if its better to start seedlings with only the blue light? or should I use red & blue together? Thankyou

My advice don't use blurple grow lights they aren't as efficient as the day light leds you get better light spectrum and penetration to the leaves

My dad uses AreoGarden. You don’t have to water it. The light is adjustable as the plants grow. The light is set on a timer that you set up

I bought some led full spectrum red/blue 4ft strips and a shelf. My biggest concern or question is how far to place above the seedlings. They don't have reflectors. And I am not sure of the lumens yet either.
