I read I’m Thinking of Ending Things at the worst possible time in my life 🤣 I loved it, but I was already dealing with a lot of situational anxiety, so when I tell you that this book amplified the feeling of dread…it was horrible 🤣 I loved the book and I would maybe like to read it again at some point, but not for awhile 😅

I picked up Look Closer based on the last video you recommended it and loved it. And I normally don't like domestic thrillers, but based on the average rating on goodreads and your recommendation as a twisty thriller, I had to try it. Think the character work struck the right balance for this type of thriller. And of course, loved the twists.

HA! My most hated book followed immediately by my most loved book--what a wild ride! And even wilder, immediately after those two was your number three which I hadn't heard a single thing about and picked it up on a whim from the library LITERALLY RIGHT BEFORE I STARTED WATCHING THIS!

I recommend the Twins by J.S. Lark. I thought I had the twist figured out but wow! It’s also a very well written book in my opinion as you’re trying to piece together everything. And it’s great on audio.

Yes! Alice Feeney! Rock paper scissors is a book I wish I could read for the first again. I read reviews that were like, oh I figured it out blah blah. I was fooled and loved it.

Gotta read Intensity by Dean Koontz. There are some twists in that book I didn’t see coming. Edge of your seat kind of read. LOVED IT!

But yes, couldn't agree more with Look Closer by David Ellis!!! I also picked it up on a whim - had never read anything else by him, but I absolutely it and have been recommending it to everyone. It was just so well written in my opinion. The twists were so good and I loved that it felt like there was an explanation for everything! For me personally, I can get a bit frustrated in some thriller books where there are certain loose ends that are never tied up and explained. But this one had an explanation for everything and I wasn't left wondering about anything in the end. Truly *chefs kiss* 🤩

I read Next of Kin just last month and Rock paper scissors last year, like them both. Already know the plots (can't recall how) of I'm thinking of ending things and behind her eyes. Now I guess it's time for Look Closer. Thanks for your recommendations~
