I remember Martin Freeman winning for John Watson. Andrew Scott winning for Moriarty but Benedict got 3 nominations and never a win for Sherlock. He performed so many incredible Sherlock scenes with passion but hey, at least his dream role - Patrick Melrose made him win. That's a win-win.
