Because the ship is so shallow, and the water is so warm, coral has formed on the steel which is preventing bacteria from eating it. This means that any wood will be gone, but anything made of metal is being preserved very well. The titanic is too deep to have the coral, so it is degrading very fast, but is also in very good condition considering its age. If the titanic has lasted over 100 years with harsh bacteria feeding on it, think of how long the Britannic will last! It may even be possible to raise the ship, without it disintegrating on the way up, unfortunately I doubt that would happen as it would be shockingly expensive.

No, this is so wrong. In 1916 the wreck of Britannic had all funnels intact, the wheelhouse intact, all of the decking intact and a whole lot more stuff that was intact.
