The dip packets still stand out to me but the honeycomb cardboard gives a very cool texture to this large industrial machine. Looks like an air filter or maybe a moisture collector. It looks great.

With that cardboard showing through, this looks like an enormous atmospheric processor or condensor unit found deep in an industrial megaplex or underground city, and the bent and damaged pieces just serve to add to the "it's been here and running longer than anyone can remember" aesthetic.

It's a great piece. You should add some pipes, wires and some more bits and bobs to it in another episode. The little sauce cups and the bottle are still quite recognizable, but could easily blend in better with some pipes and wires and a few greeblies attached in the right way. And rivets would help a lot too. I have a piece that needs a bunch more stuff added. I didn't have everything I needed to get it right when I built it 2 years ago, but as I collect more stuff I'm keeping things in mind to add to it. One of these days I'll pull it off the shelf and kick it up a notch.

Think you need to hide the square plastic cup things better. The ridge at the bottom makes them clearly recognizable as plastic cups. I would recommend tracing them on cardboard and cutting out a hole, so you can sink them into the build. Then use some filler/speckle to fill them flush with the ground or add some ground detail across it, right up against the plastic cup. Otherwise this looks great. All it is missing is a stair to the top, to make it a playable surface, giving your board some more verticality.

My only suggestion would be to add some ladders or stairs to it. Make some of those ledges accessible for miniatures in the game.

It looks great with one exception I can't unsee… The thing that looks like a BBQ sauce container on top of the building. Probably one too many orders of McNuggets in my lifetime, but we're gaming nerds … I suspect that affliction might be relatively common. If you'd managed to hide the lip I wouldn't have noticed it, though.

In just about everywhere else, I wouldn't have known what the things were up close.

ETA: I do not as quickly notice the ones on the ground level.

It looked fine with just the flat black. Just add some white lines and the name of a company, maybe some LED strips, and you could have had a sleek black corporate headquarters.

I would try and add something to those sauce cup lids, something to blend it in a bit. However I feel that thats just nitpicking because you asked me too ;P

Very cool! Though as others have said, the chicken nugget sauce things have a distinctive shape. *^_^*;; Still, said shape does work for a project like this, and could probably build some greeblies around it to camouflage the shape.

IMHO, it still looks like a trash bash like the ones I make. I feel that adding some more greeblies and a few 3d printed bits could have elevated it from good to great. As the guy from Dark Matter Workshop would say: "once you thing you've added enough detailing and greeblies, go add some more".
