On my first day of high school school, l woke up at the crack of dawn and l was ecstatic to make new friends. Once l got there l bumped into my middle school best friend it was so lovely to see her l hadn't seen her for a year so while we were chatting another friend turned up he was one of our old classmates from elementary school "what a pleasant surprise " He said. Then, when lunch time came we decided to reminisce our old school days by going to our favorite italian restaurant down the block and when we got there we ran into our middle school teacher, so we sat down together the four of us and had the time of our life.
I know it wasn't as interesting as l wanted to be, but it's a real story so l hope you like it. ❤

It's great to see the text with diferent colours for the verb tenses and the arrow to explain verbal tenses is always key. One little thing: you probably meant 'to earn some money' . On the screen it reads 'to earn to money'. All the best.

Thank you for this lovely videos, could you also make a video Tense-shifting, as when a native speaker tells a story, they go back and forth between all the past and present tense and its forms while telling a story as it gives a dramatic or immediacy effect. 🙏🙏
