I run a restaurant business n m using vyapar from 2 years. I hv been suggesting to add KOT(kitchen order ticket) system which is highly necessary in restaurant software but yet not added. Kindly add this KOT system in vyapar, if not then i have to move on other software(may be others too). Highly recommended KOT.

Table Management (without QR code scan) and KOT option is still missing.. If it is added, it would really help Vyapar to increase their business in restaurant segment as well.

Why vyapar technical team dont fix the issue in time? I told so many issues to the customer care. Dnt knw do they transfer to technical team or not.
Now in this video, they have shown customer can order from the table. What if customer order several times. Now the issue is that, same customer with different order shows different bill. I suggest u, if the customer orders (with their own phone) several times untill it is converted to sell should be in same bill.
As i am from Nepal, either do business within india or please care customer globally. Please let us have a facility to talk with customer care team via whatsapp. We cant say lots of thing on chat. 🙁☹️
